  I have lived in the Oasis Apartments for several months now and absolutely love it! The unites are bright, with lots of natural lighting, have nice hardwood floors in the kitchen/living room, and plush carpeting in the large rooms. tall ceilings make the space feel much more open. Pale yellow walls brighten up the feel, and are much nicer than the standard apartment white. The Central Courtyard is great with the waterfall and tropical plants. There is also a patio table and 6 chairs outside with umbrella for dining or just hanging out with friends. Chelsea is a fantastis manager and is always extremely friendly and helpful. All maintenance issues are handled very quickly and they have very fair practices. Parking area is gated with no access codes, just remote control entry for residents and a call box for guests; this system is also inplace at the front doors to the units for added security. Location cant be beat, literally down the hill to Tacoma Dome Station and dt Tacoma, around the corner from I-5 on ramps. 2 grocery stores, post office, liquor store, pharmacy, fast food, and gas stations within 3 minutes drive! Leases are very flexible, as they offer 6, 9, and 12 month options. Utilities not included are Power, Sewer/Water, and Cable/Internet. I pay about $125/mo for these in my unit. You would be very happy living here, as I have been the past few months.

• Review of "Arlington Elementary School" at Tacoma

  It's a sweet little school.. Pretty working class. There's no PTA. Just a "Booster Club".. But lots of sweet parent and teachers. They have pre-school as well. My grandson (1st) and grand-daughter (pre-school).. Both are thriving. My grandson is an awesome reader and my grand-daughter has a big smile when-ever I pick her up. The pre-school is half-day. I enjoy the daily affirmations in the auditorium in the morning. Very positive.. The cons: School needs up-dating and a PTA.. I would love to buy a t-shirt but they don't have any..

  Willow properties could not be a worse rental property business to go through. They have ZERO customer service skills and they could care less about you as a renter. I would recommend you stay far, far away. This is clearly shown as well by all the bad reviews they keep receiving.

  I had a case that was very difficult due to being self employed the majority of my life. As a matter of fact I had contacted an advocacy group prior to contacting John Paul and was turned away due to being self employed. Which is strange because typically self employed people pay more in taxes than an employed person. John Paul and his staff recognized that and went to bat for me. They got me fully rein versed and didn't back away because my case wasn't the "norm" I highly recommend using their services. Very happy!
