- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆After waiting her turn in line, my mother who is elderly, using a walker and on oxygen was told she would have to wait for a newly arrived merchant customer to be waited on be taken care of first. Apparently respecting elders is severly lacking at this branch. Even the merchant customer offered to wait, but teller refused. I asked to speak to supervisor and was told basically that is just the way they (BoA) do it! Never ever will I give my business to the bank or any Bank of America. My personal bank has a Commercial/Merchant line set up. If there is no one in line, they will take next consumer. But never have I seen them take anyone over a disabled elderly person.
