  My husband and I recently got the chance to work with Jay Karlin from Commencement Bay Brokers. We have nothing but great things to say when asked about our experience. When my husband and I first started talking about purchasing a house one of my biggest concerns was who we would be working with as a real estate agent. I had of course heard the good and the bad opinions from family and friends and was a little nervous, especially with us being first time buyers. But Jay was great. He was there every step of the way, answering all questions and concerns. After we found the house for us, Jay was checking in with us to see how the process was going, and when things would get confusing with the loan process, Jay was there to break it down for us in a way we could understand and be at ease. There was never a moment when we thought he wasn't being honest or didn't have our best interest in mind. In all, because of the level of professionalism, honesty and kindness Jay displayed throughout the process I would recommend him and Commencement Bay brokers to all. The experience of buying a house is a great and exciting one and at times, nerve racking. It is with the upmost confidence that I say, Jay at Commencement Bay Brokers is who you want by your side through the home buying process. Thanks again Jay!

  I was hesitant to hire a realtor to help me find my perfect home. It took me all of about five minutes to know that Commencment Bay, Jay in particular so far was the place where I belonged!
