  Horrible horrible experience with this company. I have been in the industry for a long time, and this company has the worst customer service. They are rude, unprofessional, and late on bringing up important information. During my transaction they: changed locations without my knowledge or even letting me know, inputted my email incorrectly so I did not get documents in a timely manner or at all, and worst sent me important documents to sign hours before releasing to record. The emails with this company were rude and did not address my concerns in a proper way. I will avoid this place in all my future transactions and not recomend them to my colleagues in the business.

  Pleased to disagree with the other reviews, our experience was exceptional. The mobile notary service saved us a drive we were not looking forward to. They closed the transaction early, and even wired the funds before the cut-off, both rare in our experience (23 transactions, some very negative). Will use them again, with pleasure.
